I have 2 pre-sale questions:
- Will the translations affect loading times for our visitors? The translations come from a different server, I can imagine that will add some delay.
- Can we switch from start, to pro to Large and back again, depending on the expectations for that month? Or do you sign up for a year and have to stick with that before going down a step?

Let me give you some answers.
1. Yes a little bit, the first time a page is translated all the original text is moving though the translation API. After it's stored in a database and served from a cache server (unless there's new translation to be made). So, it's really fast, even on a small server that won't exceed 0.1/0.2sec.
2. There's a monthly option, and you can change the plan when you want, but the quota of the number of translated page need to be in your quota.
For example, if you have 500K page translated you won't be able to downgrade to the START plan just keep the PRO or go the LARGE (unlimited) one.

It is not a monthly quotum, adding 200.000 words per month but a total. Considering the size of my website and budget, unfortunately not for me...at this moment.
Yes, that's how the automatic translation are priced usually (as a model).
You have an unlimited translation plan, but of course, that's not the same price as the start plan 🙂
