Refund policy

At Linguise, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your product. If you have any technical or sales queries, please do not hesitate to contact us using the support form from the dashboard.


Considering that:

  • All customers have access to the one-month free trial that offers full access to all features
  • The one-month free trial provides a large amount of free translation
  • Linguise is paying fees to Google or Microsoft for Neural machine translation
  • Linguise offers a free installation service by contacting the support
  • We do not collect credit card or any payment information, we use Stripe as payment processor


Linguise does not grant any refund once a subscription is activated, but you can cancel your recurring membership at any time, of course. No refund will be issued when a customer downgrade a subscription, the new subscription price will be applied on the next billing period (monthly or yearly).
