I would like to use Linguise enterprise solution for a European platform. Are translation data processed on European servers? Are data send to the US? It the latter is the case, then it is very problematic to use Linguise in Europe. Please let me know if your service is also hosted on European servers. Thank you

No, our servers are located in different parts of the world depending on where the content should be served, not only in Europe.
In order to translate content, we use some translations API, including Google and Microsoft.
If you want to comply with GDPR rules, you just have to make sure you don't send any personal data. We can set custom rules to not translate some part of your website or you can directly remove those parts from what you send to our servers.
We don't process any personal data from your users, we can't even extract those data.
We store some personal data when you use our service though, it's your own email, as you have to create an account on our website, and the payment related datas.
